The Professional Communications Course is designed to help individuals enhance their communication skills in a workplace environment. Through interactive face-to-face sessions, participants will learn how to express themselves effectively in both verbal and nonverbal interactions, write clear and professional business documents, and deliver impactful oral presentations.

The course covers three main areas: verbal/nonverbal communication, professional writing, and public speaking. Participants will gain practical skills such as speaking confidently in meetings, writing effective business emails and reports, and structuring presentations to engage different audiences. All activities are based on real work scenarios, allowing learners to immediately apply what they learn in their daily roles.
